DARING GREATLY™ For Women – 8 Week Group Workshop

Are you feeling stuck? Do you question if you are good enough?   Are you unsure where you belong?

If these questions bring up something for you…then this workshop may be worth considering.
Daring Greatly™ offers an innovative and transformative approach to the way that we live, love and parent.  Based on Dr Brené Brown’s revolutionary work on courage, shame, vulnerability and worthiness this evidence-based programme will help you live more courageously and better manage the experiences of uncertainty, risk and emotional exposure that are part of everyday life.

Through this interactive 8-session group programme, you will cultivate the courage to lean into living authentically and wholeheartedly by developing the skills associated with shame-resilience and connectedness.

> Are you wanting to live in an open, authentic and wholehearted way?

> Do you want to stop comparing yourself to others and let go of trying to be perfect?

> Are you ready to be more self-compassionate and start living like a human ‘being’ instead of a human‘ doing’?

> Do you want deeper connections with the people that you care about?

> Are you ready to reclaim the balance in your life and be more in control of my emotions and reactions?

If you want to shift from feeling “never enough” to “good enough” then this workshop will provide you with the framework to make it happen.

In this highly-experiential workshop you will learn how to live your life in a more authentic and wholehearted way through:

  • Examining and clarifying the values that light and guide your journey
  • Exploring trust and its impact on your relationships
  • The positive impact of boundary setting on relationships and conflict resolution
  • Deepening your understanding of vulnerability and it’s connection with courage
  • Exploring the relationship between empathy and self-compassion

Only once we have true belonging, are we able to show up as we are rather than changing ourselves just to fit in. I can’t wait to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery. Because you are worth it!”
